IGPark Polgár

The Polgár Industrial Park is situated near the city of Polgár (180 km from Budapest) directly on the M3 motorway and Section 117 of the Hungarian railway network at the junction of two Trans-European transit corridors (TEN-T and TINA). The site is directly accessible from the motorway exit and an industrial rail is also at disposal in order to enable future intermodal transportation possibilities. The total area of Polgár Industrial Park is 58 hectares of which 23 hectares are available for development. There is a 3,000 sq m space available in a 27,000 sq m warehouse, in addition the park can provide further development (industrial or warehousing).
